Getting the Band Together

I had the incredible pleasure of performing Holst's The Planets with an 82-piece orchestra (plus chorus) last night at Kahilu Theatre in Waimea. It was the largest and most talented group of musicians I have ever played with, I am so grateful to Dr. Madeline Schatz and to the Kamuela Philharmonic for putting together such a huge undertaking. Many musicians were flown in from Oahu and even the mainland to pull it off.

Our next gig is March 20, we'll be playing Beethoven's 6th Symphony and a Tchaikovsky violin concerto. Yeah!
